Expansion Nears Completion
The arrival of 17 new tanks – including a team of 200 barrel fermenters – is the last major step of our expansion here in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The completed new brewery is expected to be in full operation by the end of September. Click here to see photos of the project over the last year.

From The Brewmaster
Produced in conjunction with the forthcoming Oxford Companion to Beer – featuring 160 experts covering more than 1,100 subjects – and brewed by Garrett Oliver (Editor-in-Chief), Horst Dornbusch (Associate Editor) and Thomas Kraus-Weyermann (writer and master maltster), The Companion is a “wheat wine” made with 55% new wheat floor-malts from Weyermann Maltings.
Look for both Companions in September.

Join the Order of Osiris
The secretive and powerful Order of Osiris cask club begins in September, meeting every Friday at 5pm, an hour before the masses descend upon The Brewery to taste the cask of the week. Other ethereal delights are included with membership, but you must refer to the Mission of the Order to learn how to join.
